Our Enrollment Process

If you have reviewed our program offerings and are interested in sending your child to one of our programs, the first step is to complete a form of interest. 

Note: Our enrollment period opens in March, preceding the school year. Forms of interest received outside of open enrollment will be subject to our current class availability.

After completing a form of interest, your child will be placed on the waitlist.  If/when a spot is available, a team member will contact you to set up an interview with one of our lead teachers and ensure correct program placement. 

Note: Interviews will only be held when spots are available.

If we have an opening for your child, you will be required to submit the application package, which includes an official application and a non-refundable application fee, before a space is guaranteed for your child.

Prior to your child's first day of school, we require that all necessary paperwork be submitted. This includes information needed to ensure proper safety and care for your child while in our care, including emergency contact and health-related information.

We require that all new students attend a phased separation period, in which the parents accompany the child to the classroom for a period of 3 or more days, depending on the child's needs.
